Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead and advance our modernization and transformation agenda across Employee Relations & Conduct Management. In this role, you will:
- Lead strategic discussions and decision facilitation with senior and executive leaders to drive clarity, alignment, and prioritization across ER, Conduct Management, Risk, and Technology
- Prepare high‑quality materials, recommendations, and business cases to support executive decision‑making
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for cross‑functional issues impacting program progress
- Oversee business design for the ServiceNow case management implementation across ER and Conduct workflows
- Partner with technology and product teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated, tested, and adopted
- Identify process risks, gaps, and dependencies to ensure end‑to‑end continuity during transition
- Lead business process design and optimization, which includes future‑state design for ER and Conduct Management processes, workflow automation, reporting, and controls
- Define standardized processes that reduce operational risk and improve employee and manager experience
- Develop operational readiness plans to support effective implementation
- Drive execution of high‑priority initiatives that impact regulatory compliance, operational performance, and employee experience
- Coordinate milestones, timelines, change impacts, and resource needs across teams
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Proficient in the ServiceNow application, including configuration, workflow design, and case management functionality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; proactive and confident communicator with executive presence.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, aggregate, and interpret data, translating insights into clear reports and presentations
- Extensive knowledge of Employee Relations and Conduct Management processes, including case management, investigation, documentation, and risk assessment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), including the preparation of executive‑level presentations and data‑driven materials for senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to collaborate and influence across stakeholder teams
- Experience working with sensitive data sets and maintaining confidentiality

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
