Macro provides liquidity and hedging solutions to Wells Fargo’s commercial, corporate, and institutional clients across Interest Rates (USD and Non-$), Fixed Income Structured Notes, Macro Financing, FX Markets (spot, forwards, swaps and options in G10 and EM currencies), and FX Payments (online portal and API integrations)

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Vice President to join our Product Management team. The Application Business Owner is the operational backbone of the Product organization for Macro. This role ensures our applications meet governance, compliance, and resiliency standards while enabling Product Owners to focus on strategy and delivery. Acting as a horizontal partner across the product stack, the role drives consistency in controls, data stewardship, and operational readiness.


In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the Application Business Owner (ABO) for Macro applications
  • Act as the governance and compliance backbone for the Product organization, ensuring all applications meet enterprise and regulatory standards.
  • Own and maintain application lifecycle governance (onboarding, maintenance, decommissioning) and associated artifacts.
  • Partner with Product Owners to enable them to focus on strategy and delivery.
  • Oversee risk and control attestations, including BAM certifications, entitlement reviews, and audit readiness.
  • Maintain data dictionaries, metadata, and regulatory data flows to ensure integrity and transparency.
  • Coordinate with Identity & Access Management, Resiliency, and Records Management teams to ensure policy adherence.
  • Validate SLAs and OLAs in partnership with technology and service providers.
  • Serve as a liaison across Product, Technology, and Risk to ensure operational readiness and compliance without slowing delivery.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Securities products (FX, Fixed Income and/or derivatives) in one of the following functional disciplines, Product management, Technology lead, Accounting/Finance and/or Operations

  • Product and/or Project Management experience including organizing multi-stakeholder prioritization, planning, scope documentation and articulating requirements including use cases and prototype solutions.

  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office products, technical prowess for prototyping and data analysis

  • Experience in product delivery covering FX, Fixed Income, and/or Derivatives asset classes (options, Delta 1 Swaps, Futures.)

  • Experience in product delivery covering Financing lifecycle, Risk and Margining, Client solutions and/or Securities trade execution, settlement and clearing

  • Experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Jira and Jira Align

  • Ability to quickly understand the current platform and align with future roadmap for the products

  • Execute product delivery for few key initiatives, building partnerships with support functions including technology, operations, finance, credit, market risk, legal, compliance, and back-office teams

  • Drive solutions that directly benefit the business revenue, control environment and/or efficiency

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$119,000.00 - $224,000.00
