About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate.


In this role, you will:

  • Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
  • Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
  • Triaging, Monitoring Progress, Metric and Knowledge sharing


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Job Expectations:

  • Case Intake & Management Support

  • Manage case intake by accurately categorizing cases based on concern type.
  • Redirect non‑ER‑related cases to the appropriate functional groups to ensure process efficiency.
  • Guide ERCs on case‑handling procedures, system usage, and policy alignment.
  • Quality Review & Compliance

  • Conduct secondary reviews of ER cases to verify adherence to policies, protocols, and critical documentation requirements.
  • Maintain oversight of ER governance activities, including Independent Committees, Hearing Chairs, and POSH-related procedures.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of quality controls across ER processes.
  • Oversee ER and POSH mailboxes by monitoring incoming escalations, creating ER cases, triaging matters, and ensuring timely assignment to the appropriate ERC.
  • Review quality errors and provide justification or explanation to Quality Auditors based on procedures and the actions taken by ERCs.
  • Metrics, Reporting & Dashboards

  • Develop and maintain performance metrics to provide ER leadership with insights into case quality and individual ERC performance.
  • Build dashboards and monitor aged cases, collaborating with ERCs to ensure timely follow‑ups and case progression, and provide data insights to support engagement with various stakeholders.
  • Training & Enablement

  • Deliver ongoing training and refresher sessions to ERCs on process updates, new procedures, and system enhancements.
  • Act as a subject matter advisor for process‑related questions and tool navigation.
  • Business & System Support

  • Support business processes related to job abandonment cases, including timely updates in Workday.
  • Facilitate the Retaliation Review process by ensuring accuracy in documentation and system records.
  • Contribute to redundancy management, maintain data repositories, and oversee Workday updates for terminations and retaliation reviews.
