About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to provide operational and product support to the Wells Fargo Physical Access Control Technologies (PACT) systems. The resource will support incident and problem management, endpoint and application configuration, and software lifecycle management for several COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) applications supporting physical access. In addition, this resource will provide advanced troubleshooting and drive remediation of exceptions, issues, and vulnerabilities related to PACT applications.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business
  • Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions
  • Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements
  • Drive solutions to reduce recovery
  • Review and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotations
  • Design, test, debug, and document programs using Agile development practices
  • Design and execute complex system upgrades
  • Resolve troublesome trends as they develop
  • Develop a long-range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring
  • Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of systems support analysis experience with security equipment
  • 3+ years of experience working in managed services.
  • 4+ Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment, including production support of a 24x5 application.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Wells Fargo internal technology tools such as ServiceNow, BAM, PTS, ISP, DBS30, JIRA
  • Ability to interact effectively with both technology engineers and senior management.
  • Strong troubleshooting experience, including basic SQL and PowerShell knowledge.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Professional certification as a Lenel Systems Engineer or equivalent.
  • Cloud Certification – Azure or AWS preferred.


Job Expectations:

  • Job requires meeting Wells Fargo enterprise expectations for in-office work, which currently require three days per week and at least 8 hours per day in a Wells Fargo office.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work for implementation support is also required.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
