About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Operations Analyst and functional title will be a Business Execution Consultant to support the execution of change initiatives and the ongoing management of third‑party vendors. This role assists with change request (CR) intake, prioritization, data quality, communications, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of process, technology, and operational changes. The analyst also supports vendor performance activities, documentation, and reporting to strengthen vendor governance.
Additionally, the role provides project coordination, maintains learning and communication materials, and contributes to demand and capacity reporting.

In this role, you will:
Change Management Support
- Maintain clean and accurate data across management systems.
- Assist with intake, tracking, and documentation of change requests (CRs).
- Support monthly prioritization cycles by preparing data, summaries, and stakeholder materials.
- Manage CR prioritization, data entry, playbooks, learning materials, and communications templates.
- Support demand/capacity reporting, reconciliation, and forecasting.
- Provide support for changing management systems and ensure data hygiene.
Vendor Management Support
- Support day‑to‑day vendor performance tracking, documentation, and issue follow‑up.
- Assist in capturing vendor metrics, reviewing SLAs, and preparing materials for vendor review meetings.
- Help maintain a vendor inventory and participate in vendor governance routines.
Project & Communication Support
- Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and tasks for small to mid‑sized initiatives.
- Create and update communication templates, decks, and recurring stakeholder updates.
- Participate in projects from ideation through discovery, design, approval, and implementation.
- Present updates, communicate effectively, and support senior leadership reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in project coordination, communications, stakeholder engagement, or data analytics.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, Excel (pivot tables, graphing), and reporting tools.
- Experience with building, analyzing and reading reports.
- Experience with project management and/or change management.
- Exposure to vendor management or governance.
- Strong written, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with AI technology Copilot.
