About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a role in Senior Product Manager
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in product management initiatives and deliverables for product lines or services
- Contribute to product analysis across applicable markets, conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis
- Review and analyze marketing programs for new products or enhancements including identification of market segments, product positioning, product bundling, pricing and profitability
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project goals, objectives and deliverables
- Ensure programs adhere to compliance, privacy regulations and policies
- Collaborate and consult with managers, analysts and project teams to ensure that goals are achieved
- Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams
- Ability to manage process improvement initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiencies
- Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
- Works with Microsoft Office Suite
- Picks up new concepts and skills quickly
- Embraces ownership and accountability for situations and roles.
- Demonstrates ability to develop and execute short-term and long-term strategies related to effective and flexible use of people, systems, structures, processes.
- Business architecture experience to include business strategy impact analysis, conceptual solution design, and transition change management.
- Ability to see the big picture across multiple work streams to connect the dots.
- Proven ability to map business capabilities to the business systems managed by IT to identify and resolve inconsistencies, duplications or gaps.
- Demonstrates success in combining operational excellence concepts, such as standardized work and problem solving/continuous improvement, with software-based technology implementations.
