Brokerage Client Associate (Back-Office)

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Brokerage Client Assistant.
In this role, you will:
- Support the Financial Advisory teams and their clients by providing account servicing, maintenance, new account opening, and completing various other administrative tasks
- Identify ways to improve Remote Client Associate Support Team (RCAST) Brokerage Client Support processes and offer RCAST Brokerage Client Support work group ideas
- Perform moderately complex administrative and operational tasks within RCAST Brokerage Client Support functional area
- Assist with day-to-day client servicing requests
- Responding to inquiries and requests for researching account related issues
- Receive direction from supervisor and Financial Advisory functional area and escalate non-routine questions
- Interact with Financial Advisory functional area and RCAST leadership on wide range of inquiries or requests
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Brokerage and Client Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training or education
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related courses
- Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in brokerage operations, financial services and investment back-office
- Strong understanding of US brokerage account types, securities and basic investment products
- Familiarity with trade lifecycles, settlement processes and reconciliations
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and documentation skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Willing to work US hours
- Willing to work onsite (BGC office)
