About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Supply Chain Management Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) team. The P2P organization is responsible for the global delivery of services including Supplier Enablement, Global Procurement, Invoice Processing, Global Accounts Payable, and Integrated Tax.

This role reports directly to the Procure to Pay Executive and is accountable for end‑to‑end P2P operational performance, with a primary focus on establishing, owning, and advancing performance measurement capabilities that directly influence business transformation outcomes.

The position will design, implement, and govern a comprehensive performance‑management framework; lead the evolution of operational analytics capabilities; and ensure metrics are leveraged consistently to drive strategic decisions, measurable improvements, and enterprise‑level performance transparency.

Will work closely with Senior P2P leaders, key stakeholders, and transformation partners to embed performance metrics into operational routines, strengthen execution discipline, and accelerate progress against the enterprise Procure‑to‑Pay transformation agenda.

It will ensure all performance measures are aligned with Supply Chain Management priorities and the broader Risk Management Framework. The role will establish execution priorities, drive accountability for results, and provide leadership‑ready insights that ensure solutions are designed, integrated, controlled, and optimized for both effectiveness and risk mitigation.

This individual contributor will own the development and delivery of reporting, analytics, and executive‑ready performance materials—driving root‑cause identification, operational insights, benefit realization, and data‑driven decision‑making.

The role will also guide cross‑functional teams by applying strong business acumen and deep subject‑matter expertise to advance metric‑driven performance improvement.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the design, governance, and continuous enhancement of P2P performance metrics, ensuring metric integrity, relevance, and alignment to business, risk, and transformation priorities.
  • Act as a Business Execution leader to drive business performance and initiatives and develop information and insights for key stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Advance P2P’s analytic and reporting capabilities, enabling deeper trend identification, diagnostic analysis, and predictive insights that inform operational and strategic decisions.
  • Provide vision, direction, and subject‑matter expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and scalable business solutions that span organizational boundaries.
  • Develop and implement performance‑focused information delivery and executive‑ready presentations with actionable insights.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of complex challenges related to Business Execution that require analytical rigor, operational knowledge, and an enterprise mindset.
  • Lead team meetings and steering committees to facilitate decision‑making, drive accountability for results, and support implementation of recommendations and plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of procurement and supply chain management experience
  • 5+ years of experience creating and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps at the executive level for enterprise-wide business initiatives


Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in owning, designing, implementing, and governing performance metrics, and in leveraging data‑driven insights to influence strategic decisions and operational outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of Procure‑to‑Pay and Supply Chain Management functions, with demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence across end‑to‑end processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and data visualization techniques, with ability to apply visual analytics to influence decisions and track outcomes.
  • Proven ability to serve as a consultative partner to stakeholders across all levels and drive enterprise scale change in a complex matrix environment
  • Strong analytical and critical‑thinking capabilities with rigorous attention to detail, enabling clear interpretation of complex data sets and operational patterns.
  • Skilled in producing executive‑level summaries, dashboards, and presentations that transform data into insights, highlight performance opportunities, and drive leadership alignment.
  • Experience building or maturing performance‑measurement systems, including defining KPIs, determining measurement methodologies, and ensuring metric adoption across operational teams.
  • Proven track record leading process transformation initiatives supported by structured performance‑management frameworks and measurement of value realization.
  • Experience developing and managing client‑experience measurement programs and translating insights into targeted action.
  • Ability to distill complex analytics and processes into clear, actionable guidance for broad and diverse audiences.
  • Hands‑on experience with automation, workflow optimization, and advanced analytical enablement to improve performance visibility, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Strong collaboration and partnership capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to align cross‑functional teams around metric‑based priorities and drive accountability.
  • Ownership‑driven mindset with demonstrated ability to independently lead, mature, and sustain performance‑management capabilities across operational functions.


Job Expectations:

  • Position is required to be in the office 3 days in-person and 2 remotely
  • Expected travel 5% percent over the course of the year
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
