About this role:
This Lead Product Manager plays a key role on the Small Business Credit Card team, shaping the paid media and creative strategy for Signify — a new and growing brand.
You’ll partner closely with the Branding Strategy lead to develop, execute, and optimize full‑funnel paid advertising campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and growth. This role spans brand and marketing strategy, customer research, paid creative development, and media planning, all in service of business goals.

In this role, you will:
Lead Paid Media & Campaign Strategy
- Partner with media agencies to develop end‑to‑end paid media strategies across digital, video, audio, social, and emerging channels.
- Lead agency briefing and use strategic direction, audience insights, competitive trends, and research to guide channel mix, targeting, flighting, and investment decisions.
- Actively manage and optimize campaigns, translating performance data into clear insights and compelling, leadership‑ready updates.
- Apply fresh thinking and test‑and‑learn approaches to continuously evolve media strategies and improve results over time.
Drive Paid Creative Development & Production
- Own the creative development process across all paid advertising channels, from agency briefing and campaign strategy through concepting and final delivery.
- Review storyboards, scripts, visuals, and messaging, providing clear, strategic feedback grounded in creative and media best practices.
- Manage approvals across brand, legal, compliance, and senior leadership to keep work moving efficiently.
- Support production across video, audio, photography, and digital formats to ensure high‑quality execution.
- Manage customer research and tracking to evaluate creative effectiveness and monitor competitive trends.
- Continuously explore and apply new ideas, formats, and best practices to evolve the brand’s creative approach.
Shape Ongoing Brand Strategy
- Lead quantitative and qualitative customer research, turning behavioral and attitudinal insights into direction for marketing strategy and positioning.
- Serve as a strategic voice for the Signify brand, ensuring marketing and customer experiences consistently ladder up to brand and business goals.
- Lead the development and ongoing refinement of brand messaging frameworks that bring the Signify story to life across marketing assets.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience developing and executing integrated advertising programs and marketing campaigns with proven success
- Robust data, customer research and analysis skills with a proven ability to generate actionable, data-driven recommendations and solutions
- Vendor and agency management experience
- Structured analytical thinker, problem-solver and communicator; excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working in a high pressure fast paced environment to meet competing deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, partner, and negotiate within a matrixed environment to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
- Financial services experience with strong understanding of Credit Card or Retail Banking
- Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
- Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
