About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
  • Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Independently resolve complex issues
  • Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Ability to drive prioritization discussions with engineering, security, ops, and risk teams, especially for privileged access onboarding and secrets lifecycle remediation.
• Strong understanding of IAM tools and practices with hands‑on experience in CyberArk (Vault, PSM, CPM, PVWA, AAM, PTA) and HashiCorp Vault (auth methods, dynamic secrets, namespaces, PKI, Transit engine).
• Experience leading control operations in a financial institution including SOX access controls, KRI/KPI reporting, audit evidence preparation, and remediation.
• Ability to develop technology strategy, operating models, and roadmaps for IAM/PAM platforms, including multi‑cloud privileged access, performance enhancements, resilience, DR, and automation.
• Experience with issue management, risk assessments, risk acceptance, and ongoing monitoring of PAM control health.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex IAM/PAM concepts, risks, gaps, and architectural decisions to executives and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational ability to manage competing demands, regulatory deadlines, upgrade schedules, and cross‑team dependencies.
• Ownership mindset with ability to drive IAM/PAM priorities, platform execution, and coverage expansion.
• Strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience developing runbooks, templates, automation patterns, and governance routines for privileged access.
• Experience preparing senior‑level summaries and presentations for PAM metrics, risk posture, audit readiness, and platform stability.
• Certifications such as CSPO/PSPO, SAFe PO/PM, CyberArk Sentry, or HashiCorp Vault Associate preferred.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) for KPI dashboards and executive storytelling.
• Fluency in Financial Services technology and regulated IAM/PAM environments.
• Understanding of product-led approach, Agile methodology, strategic planning, and Zero Trust/least privilege strategies.


    Job Expectations:

    • Ability to work from an approved location under a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
    • Ability to support IAM/PAM governance routines, maintenance windows, and cross‑regional collaboration

    • Support Enterprise IAM Strategy through strategic product leadership of Agile delivery teams, across capabilities such as session management, password management, secrets management, just‑in‑time access, and privileged session recording.
    • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans and initiatives, incorporating PAM controls including least privilege, segregation of duties, break-glass workflows, and credential lifecycle automation.
    • Participate in large-scale planning efforts such as CyberArk/HashiCorp Vault upgrades, DR planning, cloud onboarding, and quarterly/PI planning.
    • Review and analyze digital strategy for product and functionality areas, ensuring alignment with IAM/PAM strategy, regulatory requirements, and enterprise security architecture.
    • Influence business line digital strategy using data-driven insights, risk reduction opportunities, coverage metrics, and cross-platform integration patterns (Windows/Unix, databases, network devices, CI/CD, cloud consoles, MFA, ITSM, SIEM).
    • Make strategic decisions requiring strong understanding of business processes, PAM control frameworks, audit requirements, risk posture, and operational constraints.
    • Lead IAM engineers and PAM SMEs to deliver on platform stability, coverage expansion, vulnerability remediation, and onboarding.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across Security, IAM Ops, Cloud/Infra, Risk, Audit, Compliance, and App teams to resolve issues, prioritize onboarding, and ensure control health.
    • Potentially lead projects or mentor peers, especially in Agile product practices, PAM control design, onboarding patterns, and operational best practices.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of digital product management experience or relevant equivalent.
    • 4+ years of IAM/PAM experience, including privileged account lifecycle management, secrets management, JIT/JEA models, credential injection, break-glass workflows, platform upgrades, and control governance.
    • Hands‑on experience with Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint, including managing epics/features/stories for CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault.
