About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to support a new product initiative within the Consumer Payments and Deposits organization in Consumer Banking & Lending. This role is central to launching and scaling a customer‑permissioned data‑sharing platform that enables secure, scalable exchange of customer data with approved third‑ and fourth‑party partners.
You will play a key role in translating product strategy into actionable execution—working closely with partners across Technology, Digital, Risk, and Compliance to deliver a compliant, resilient, and customer‑centric solution. This work directly supports CSBB Payments’ strategy to modernize data access while maintaining strong risk management and regulatory discipline.
The ideal candidate will develop deep expertise in the platform’s underlying data architecture—including systems of record (SORs), APIs, webhooks, and end‑to‑end data flows—and use that expertise to influence and shape future‑state product and technology design.

In This Role, You Will
Lead execution activities for a new payments‑related data‑sharing product, from early concept through launch and ongoing optimization
Create clear, actionable user stories, epics, and technical requirements in collaboration with product and technology partners
Coordinate and oversee technology‑focused workstreams, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are well‑managed
Act as Product’s subject matter expert on the platform’s data architecture, including SORs, APIs, webhooks, and data flows
Manage relationships and engagement across internal stakeholders including Technology, Digital, Operations, Independent Risk Management, and Legal
Analyze customer and partner data to identify root causes and opportunities; recommend data‑driven solutions and measure impact post‑implementation
Partner closely with Deposits, Digital, and Fraud teams to balance customer experience, business growth, and fraud mitigation
Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance expectations
Influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization—from individual contributors to senior leaders
Serve as a subject matter expert for the program’s technical components
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading end‑to‑end digital product management initiatives, from strategy and requirements through delivery and post‑launch optimization
Experience launching or modernizing financial products, especially related to data‑sharing or payments ecosystems
Familiarity with Financial Data Exchange (FDX) standards or similar open‑banking frameworks
Proven experience delivering a meaningful, complex effort from concept through execution—demonstrating ownership, accountability, and measurable impact
Hands‑on experience delivering products in an Agile setting, partnering with engineering teams to define user stories, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery
Prior experience at a financial institution, data aggregator, or fintech
Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience working across complex technology environments to deliver unified customer experiences
Highly organized with excellent coordination and time‑management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; strong ability to build alignment across diverse stakeholders

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
