About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst as part of Chief Technology Office (CTO) within the Production Control Operations (PCO) Team. This position will perform mainframe and distributed batch-related incident support while utilizing best practices within change management activities.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in initiatives and identify opportunities for technology operations
- Evaluate basic or tactical challenges that require research and evaluation
- Provide centralized command and control for major incident management, ensuring teams focus first on restoring business services
- Review, analyze and escalate issues from key metric analysis, event monitors, reported service deviations, and documented changes
- Develop knowledge business cycles and capabilities to assess the impact of technology events on the business and other support areas
- Reduce the impact of application and infrastructure failures on business delivery
- Engage various teams of trouble-shooters to assess system health and issues
- Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations
- Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of Autosys or batch support experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Proficiency in providing distributed batch support utilizing Autosys Work Control Center (WCC) graphical user interface (GUI)
- Proficiency in providing distributed batch support utilizing Autosys command-line interface (CLI)
- Proficiency in providing mainframe batch support utilizing CA 7 scheduler
- Proficiency in providing Mainframe Network Data Mover (NDM) incident support
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow
- Banking or financial services experience
Job Expectations:
- 40 hour per week schedule which includes (3) 12-hour shifts and (1) 4-hour shift (Wed-Sat)
- Ability to work holidays and weekends as needed
- Visa sponsorship is not available
- Must work in office 3 days a week
- Hours: 6am-6pm AZ time, 7am-7pm CST or 7am-7pm EST
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$28.85 - $48.08Benefits
