About this Role

Wells Fargo’s Global Payment & Liquidity (GPL) organization is seeking an ambitious Senior Product Manager to support and evolve our suite of Healthcare solutions supporting our broad ecosystem of clients in this industry e.g. patients, payors, suppliers. This role sits within the Specialty Products group and is responsible for driving product strategy, development, and lifecycle management across a dynamic and rapidly evolving segment.

You will partner closely with internal teams—Sales, Implementations, Operations, Technology, Service, Legal, Risk, and Compliance—as well as external vendor partners to advance product capabilities, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure exceptional client experience.

This is an opportunity to influence critical initiatives across Healthcare, support modernization of payment platforms, and contribute to product vision and roadmap development.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Lead and participate in product management initiatives supporting Healthcare solutions.

  • Define product requirements, support roadmap development, and drive execution across multiple stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging healthcare payment needs.

  • Evaluate existing product performance and recommend enhancements, optimizations, or new capabilities.

  • Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and operational inputs to identify opportunities for product improvement.

  • Review and assess new or existing programs, enhancements, and functional upgrades across the product suite.

  • Support pricing, positioning, profitability, and product bundling decisions.

  • Partner closely with internal teams (Sales, Technology, Operations, Service, Risk, Compliance, Legal) to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.

  • Serve as a key liaison with third-party vendor partners to manage current-state functionality, roadmap prioritization, issue resolution, and delivery timelines.

  • Lead cross-functional projects, mentor junior talent, or guide team initiatives as needed.

  • Ensure adherence to compliance, privacy, risk, and regulatory requirements across all product-related activities.

  • Partner with Governance and Compliance teams to support content reviews, policy updates, escalations, and documentation requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Product Management, Product Development, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work history, military experience, training, or education.

  • 1+ years of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience within a payor, practice/health system, healthcare billing company or RCM technology company.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Healthcare payments, patient collections, claims processing, or revenue cycle management.

  • Treasury Management experience in payments, collections or digital product delivery.

  • Familiarity with technology driven healthcare payment solutions.

  • Experience in Agile and/or Platform operating methodologies.

Product & Delivery Skills:

  • Experience working with back-end administrative tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence).

  • Proven ability to influence effectively within a matrixed environment, partnering across multiple teams and levels.

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze feedback, data, and market insights

Job Expectations:

Candidates must be willing to work out of our 550 S Tryon Street location in Charlotte, NC. Candidates outside of commuting distance will need to consider relocation.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$87,000.00 - $140,000.00
