About this role:

This role advances enterprise event operations by leading data, technology, and analytics solutions that improve business impact, operational efficiency, and risk control. The consultant owns core event technology platforms, drives scalable reporting and automation, and delivers insights that support executive decision-making. The work strengthens end‑to‑end event performance and enables consistent, data-driven operations across the enterprise. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can office in Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; or West Des Moines, IA. The Wells Fargo job profile is Lead Business Execution Consultant.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead enterprise event technology operations and serve as primary advisor on platform solutions

  • Develop analytical frameworks that inform resource allocation and executive event decisions

  • Drive large-scale platform migrations and ensure data integrity and documentation quality

  • Optimize event technology features with partners to advance event strategy and performance

  • Lead cross-functional planning and execution of enterprise event initiatives

  • Manage initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce operational risk

  • Conduct assessments to resolve complex issues and deliver actionable data insights

  • Build automated dashboards and alerts to enhance event lifecycle visibility

  • Implement technology solutions that advance target-state event architecture and automation


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Certified Cvent System Administrator

  • Experience integrating Cvent data with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) for reporting

  • Experience administering enterprise event platforms and advising on platform capabilities

  • Experience designing analytical frameworks that guide event planning and performance

  • Experience leading platform transitions with a focus on data integrity and documentation

  • Experience using technology tools to track and optimize event operations and analytics

  • Experience building automated reporting dashboards that support event decision-making


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

  • 600 South 4th Street - Minneapolis, MN ($131,000 - $206,000)

  • 800 South Jordan Creek Parkway - West Des Moines, IA ($119,000 - $187,000)

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
