The Physical Security Product within Corporate Security aims to provide an environment that inspires trust and confidence in the Wells Fargo brand through enabling protection for customers, employees and assets and ensuring the bank can operate confidently in a dynamic physical risk landscape.
The Physical Security Delivery Lead is a key role within the Product team that partners closely with the Product Manager to ensure customer‑focused physical security capabilities are delivered effectively, sustainably, and in alignment with agile principles, enterprise change standards, and product strategy. This role plays a critical connective function across product owners, technology, operations, and corporate security stakeholders—supporting the flow of work from ideation through delivery and into sustained operations.
The Delivery Lead helps the Physical Security product mature by enabling consistent intake and prioritization practices, strengthening cross‑functional collaboration, and embedding change management into normal product planning. By fostering trusted relationships and guiding teams through change impacts, the Delivery Lead supports the evolution of the product team into a stable, high‑performing, and increasingly autonomous group.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with the product manager to support end-to-end product delivery, ensuring alignment with agile principles, product strategy, and customer value.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities that move the product from ideation to market, helping teams stay focused on delivering committed outcomes.
- Collaborate with product manager and owners to assess impacts of changes, develop change readiness plans, and validate sustainment of changes.
- Support product sustainability and maturity, fostering trusted relationships across product roles, customers, and stakeholders while helping teams evolve toward high performance and autonomy.
- Support intake and prioritization processes, establishing transparent and consistent methods for evaluating and onboarding new work into the product backlog.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with enterprise change governance and compliance standards, ensuring transparency to any change initiative to which this product is contributing.
- Escalate and assist in resolving risks, impediments, and dependencies.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience leading large planning efforts across multiple product teams.
- Experience with Corporate Security organization at a large firm.
- Knowledge of physical security operations, technologies, business processes and implementation.
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results driven environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with agile tools, such as Jira.
Job Expectations:
- Hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00Benefits
