Department Overview:
Wholesale Operations within I&P sits under the Wholesale Operations vertical supporting Wholesale business across number of key operational activities covering the entire client life cycle. The operations covers all stages of client lifecycle including onboarding and ongoing maintenance and involves deal closing, financial statement spread, cash management, account onboarding & management, customer service, collateral management, documents preparation & management and collections.
Role Context: In this role, the individual will be part of the Operational Excellence function involved in delivering change across Wholesale Operations. The centralized model helps to apply structure, consistency, and drive execution results for the Wholesale Operations Strategic and Risk priorities. These roles are critical to the Wholesale Operations team support and help keep the functional leaders and managers in the day-to-day operations of serving our customers.
The individual is expected to have strong background in running and managing transformation initiatives around Digital and Intelligent automation, experience in implementing Agile Delivery models and working as an Internal Consultant solving business problems of varied nature. The individual will take lead in working stakeholders to identify current challenges around Digital and Intelligent automation, help identify pain points, risk, and gaps. Post which implements solutions leveraging platforms like Power Apps and working alongside multiple partners.
The Business Execution Consultant role entails but is not limited to:
Technology Deployment: Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze, measure, plan and support end-to-end implementation of tools, technologies, applications, products
Process Improvement & Efficiency: Engage with business partners to streamline inefficient business/operational processes with the goal of driving measurable improvements

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Analytics experience, Business Execution, Implementation, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Role Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience working with the Xceptor tool / automation platforms
Experience with coding languages is a plus
Experience with Low Code / No Code build out, additional experience including Digital / Intelligent automation, workflow, and OCR
Experience in Power Apps is desirable
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of the organization
Ability to facilitate workshops, design sessions and gather requirements from SMEs, Senior leadership
Ability to work in a collaborative environment with an emphasis on teamwork
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
Ability to prepare reports, governance documents, metrics and presentation materials for various levels of leadership
Intermediate / Advanced skills in MS-Office Suite (Specifically Excel / PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge/ experience on Power Apps/ Power BI/ Alteryx will be an added advantage
