In this role, you will:
- Partner with the Macro Trading desk leaders to support their strategic priorities
- Engage and influence business management for a large, complex business with cross-organization level initiatives and strategy
- Identify and recommend opportunities for large-scale business initiatives, including but not limited to development and execution of strategy, budgeting and forecasting, infrastructure planning, and broad compliance and operational risk efforts
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions to ensure the businesses remain compliant with regulatory and internal standards
- Ensure appropriate remediation of critical issues
- Partner with internal stakeholders on risk reviews and audits
- Culture of excellence career with focus on clients, delivering with precision and culture of collaboration; help train, mentor, coach and develop junior talent
- Review and analyze complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation on platform & processes; recommend & drive change
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and management to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Build strong working relationships with CIB product partners
- Ensure compliance with FIRNA and other relevant regulatory rules and help guide team to improve process to meet market practices as they develop
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of corporate & investment banking business management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years foreign exchange experience, interest rates experience, or other equivalent capital markets experience
- Prior experience with Rates or FX trading
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Experience working with third party data from vendors like Coalition, Expand etc.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proven ability to create effective relationships with internal partners across various lines of business
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel with comfort creating business-ready content
- Self-motivated to perform at a high level
- Desire to work in collaborative environment
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, finance, or related field
Job Expectations:
- This role is not eligible for VISA sponsorship
- Ability to travel as needed
- Willingness to work on-site in accordance with current office requirements
- Ability to work additional hours as needed

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$185,000.00 - $300,000.00Benefits
