About this role:
This role drives high impact event strategies that advance Corporate & Investment Banking business priorities. The position leads full cycle planning for complex, multi-day events that influence clients, partners, and senior leaders. It provides strategic guidance on logistics, communications, and contingency planning to ensure seamless execution and strong business outcomes. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based in our Charlotte, NC; Concord, CA; Minneapolis, MN or New York, NY office. In this role, you will:
Develop end to end event strategies that advance business goals and deliver measurable impact
Lead planning and execution for complex multi-day events, conferences, and senior level meetings
Build event models that use data insights to define priorities and optimize spend
Create budget frameworks with forecasting, investment guidance, and variance analysis
Direct sequencing and cross functional coordination for large scale initiatives
Advise leaders on event strategy, industry trends, and conference engagement
Strengthen governance processes to reduce operational and third-party risk
Evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality, compliance, and cost efficiency
Implement contingency plans to maintain continuity and protect business operations
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
6+ years of event management experience within the financial services sector
Desired Qualifications:
Experience implementing end-to-end multi-day corporate event programs
Experience leading complex planning efforts that align events to business outcomes
Experience managing cross functional coordination for large or high visibility initiatives
Experience working with the Cvent, Dealogic and BuyTheSell (BTS) platforms
Experience mitigating operational and third-party risk throughout event delivery
Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, and influences decision makers
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
