About this role:
Responsible for supporting the delivery, adoption, and operational maturity of IT Service Management capabilities, bridging product strategy and operational execution, and ensuring ITSM capabilities including AI Use case facilitation, are delivered consistently through strong collaboration with engineering teams, operations leaders, and business stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee the lifecycle of CTO AI use cases, ensuring alignment with required control gates and processes
- Partner with teams to vet proposed AI use cases, ensuring they solve real problems and avoid overlapping solutions that lead to waste
- Track the performance and compliance of deployed AI tools to ensure the fidelity of the approved use case
- Support prioritization of product backlog for IT Service Management tools (e.g., AI solutions, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow,)
- Support delivery of ITSM capabilities across engineering, platform teams, and operational stakeholders
- Support product managers in translating roadmap initiatives into executable delivery plan with stories
- Track product delivery progress, risks, and dependencies across initiatives
- Facilitate alignment between product management, service operations, and engineering teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of ITSM product capabilities and operational maturity
- Design, maintain, and improve SharePoint sites supporting the department
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years in ITSM, Product Management, IT Operations, or equivalent experience - Experience in designing and maintaining SharePoint collaboration sites (building, managing permissions, and adding web parts)
- Soft skills, particularly as multi-tasking, relationship and team building, to bring cross-functional teams together toward common goals
- The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working within a Product Management operating model
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices
- Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, or emerging AI capabilities
- Experience supporting enterprise knowledge management or collaboration platforms
- Experience working in large or regulated enterprise environments
Job Expectations:
