About this role:
We’re seeking a success-driven Project Manager to lead change delivery efforts supporting Supply Chain Management Transformation. The Project Manager in this role will be expected to translate requirements into effective solutions and lead initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes across a highly visible procurement transformation portfolio supporting the end‑to‑end lifecycle
In this role, you will:
Lead transformation initiatives: Manage all activities in a project life cycle such as initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing associated with projects that require management of stakeholders matrixed across multiple organizations to deliver requirements that are cross functional with broad impact, scope and complexity
Execute with a Bias for Action: Lead with the ability to move quickly from analysis to execution, making timely, informed decisions and taking initiative to drive progress—especially in situations of uncertainty or ambiguity.
Embrace Change: Leads the team to adapt proactively and positively to evolving requirements, priorities, risks, and stakeholder needs, while maintaining delivery focus and team alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Control: Manages risk proactively to identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate potential threats and opportunities that could impact project objectives, while enabling informed decision‑making and maintaining delivery confidence.
Enterprise Thinking: Reviews, analyzes and initiates multi-faceted enterprise support operations, organizational systems knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Initiates collaboration and consultation with stakeholders, project leads, mid-level to senior managers sponsors and business partners to clarify and define project requirements and achieve goals
Communicate Effectively: Deliver clear and concise communications that translate progress and findings into clear, actionable narratives, verbally and in writing.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Proven success in leading projects requiring people, process and technology change supporting enterprise initiatives.
Experience leading projects that align to large-scale transformation initiatives in a matrixed organization.
Manages own time well, prioritizing work to meet deadlines, adapting easily to changes in deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguity and drive toward solutions.
Ability to engage positively with other individuals and teams quickly to deliver project objectives
Demonstrates a genuine interest in understanding how things work and desire to make improvements
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience applying them in a change delivery context.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Hybrid work model - 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
