About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager (Executive Director) to lead the strategy and of branch acquisition and banker engagement initiatives for our Business Credit Card portfolio (Signify by Wells Fargo). This role is accountable for identifying growth opportunities across banker types and translating those opportunities into scalable, high-impact initiatives that drive new account acquisition.

In this role, you will serve as the strategy owner for branch-led business card acquisition, partnering closely with senior leaders, channel readiness teams, marketing, analytics, and product stakeholders. You will develop a clear roadmap to improve banker awareness, engagement, and effectiveness—ensuring the branch channel is enabled, motivated, and positioned to deliver strong acquisition outcomes for business card.


In this role, you will:

  • Own the branch acquisition and banker engagement strategy for Business Credit Cards, including identification of growth opportunities, performance optimization, and capability needs.
  • Develop initiatives that improve banker engagement partnering with channel readiness, sales enablement, and field leadership.
  • Translate business objectives into a clear strategy, roadmap, and execution plan that drives measurable acquisition results through banker channels.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, product, operations, and senior leaders to design and deliver integrated acquisition initiatives.
  • Leverage performance data and insights to monitor results and continuously optimize banker acquisition programs.
  • Influence and align senior stakeholders by providing clear recommendations, business cases, and performance readouts.
  • Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
  • Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting branch, banker-led, or field-based acquisition channels within financial services.
  • Knowledge of small business or B2B credit card products.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to use performance data to inform decisions and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across multiple teams.
  • Executive-level communication skills, including comfort presenting strategy and results to senior leadership.
  • Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
  • Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels
  • Exceptional problem solving abilities
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
