In this role, you will:
- Participate in providing one on one sales coaching within a smaller, less complex product line, single market, or business segment within Sales Enablement functional area
- Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to lower risk deliverables with narrow impact
- Analyze performance trends, identify developmental needs and provide coaching techniques and recommendations to improve sales performance
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Provide information to managers, functional colleagues and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers if applicable
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Sales Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:
- Experience in Sales Enablement, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales enablement , customer service ,product SME experience
Job Expectations:
- Should have good excel skills, knowing macro will be added advantage and must be willing to keep high quality customer service as primary focus areas
