In this role
- Proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools.
- Update production reports, schedule changes, compile data and refresh reports for generation and distribution.
- Participates in research, tracking, and data gathering related to vendor branch and ATM servicing.
- Interact with the armored team, functional areas, internal peers outside work group, and manager on planning and performing analysis, trends for ATM and branch service, vendor performance, and presentation design.
- Will use tools and resources to support the line of business in managing third party risk.
- Develops specific, customized reports, ad hoc analyses, and/or data visualizations, formatted with business user-friendly techniques to drive adoption, such as (1) Excel macros/pivoting/filtering, (2) PowerPoint slides and presentations, and (3) clear verbal and e-mail communications.
- Identifies service failures by the third-party vendors, development of solutions for resolution with coordination between the vendors and internal business partners.
- Oversight of the confidential shipment process, which includes setting up new customers, contacts and bank locations via internal website applications.
- Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team
- Perform routine tasks such as answering inquiries, resolving problems and providing best-in-class customer experience while adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations and navigating multiple computer systems
- Escalate questions and issues to other armored senior analytics assistants or managers.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Analytics and Reporting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Cash Management or Armored Transportation experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of employees and customers, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and thrive in dynamic environments
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, metric driven call center environment
- Interact and collaborate with individuals across departments.
- Experience with claims research and management
- Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving customer issues
- Ability to meet or exceed business goals and objectives and navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Invoice research and validation for armored carrier and/or hardware servicing vendors
Training:
- On the job training
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm or 9am-6 pm, based on business needs.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed, with prior notification.
- This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule (could be subject to change)

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
