Lead Product Manager/Owner - ACH

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager within the Global Payments and Liquidity product group supporting ACH. In addition to the Product Manager role, the candidate will also assume Agile Product Owner responsibilities. This person will bring a strategic mindset as they work closely with other Product Managers and collaborate with a variety of agile delivery teams, partners, and stakeholders across the organization to employ product management and agile techniques to optimize ACH products for our customers. They will help drive the delivery of outcomes to the marketplace through ownership of the product backlog inclusive of prioritization, transparency into upcoming work, setting of product goals, and communication to support shared understanding.
In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancements
Review and analyze complex major product lines and services specifically those relating to global payments.
- Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
- Conduct research and data analysis to identify and prioritize new product features
- Communicate product goals and updates to internal teams and stakeholders
- Maintain and report on key performance specific to assigned initiatives
- Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
- Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as a Product Owner with strong Agile process understanding
- Experience at a financial institution
- Displays an agile mindset to adapt to changing customer needs, business strategies, and technology environments to deliver in a way that meets the demands of the current and future marketplace
- Champions an environment of trust, safety, candor, and cohesiveness with the team, customers, and stakeholders
- Strong ability to leverage various communication methods and styles across varying levels and sizes of audiences to convey the vision of the product and address critical decision points to sustain team, customer, and stakeholder excitement around the product
- Aptness for self-management, problem-solving, and critical decision making in an efficient manner using strong analytical thinking in a complex matrixed environment

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00Benefits
