About this role:
Wells Fargo’s Wholesale Data Management (WDM) organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal Data Management Analyst to support Analytics, Common Services, & AI Enablement. As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering horizontal analytics and AI capabilities that enable all domains and products across the Wholesale Bank.
This role partners closely with other Product, Technology & Operations leaders, analytics, data, AI, and technology teams to establish product vision, strategy, and execution roadmaps for shared platforms, tooling, and data products. This is a rapidly evolving space that requires a thought leader with a strong execution mindset to drive scalable, reusable, and governed analytics and AI outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Provide horizontal capabilities that enable all domains and products
- Create analytics‑ready and model‑ready data products to accelerate insights and AI use cases
- Standardize quality measurement, discoverability, and access across analytics and data assets
- Treat shared tooling and platforms as products, not utilities, with clear ownership and roadmaps
- Optimize platforms for performance, stability, and reuse at enterprise scale
- Work closely with Technology partners to form and drive towards an Analytics Platform target state
- Lead large‑scale, complex, and strategic initiatives with enterprise impact
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on analytics, data, and AI enablement
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with GCP/ Google BigQuery for large‑scale analytics and data products
- Strong understanding of analytics platforms, shared services, and enterprise data ecosystems
- Experience enabling AI, advanced analytics, or data products at scale
- Visionary thinking to anticipate enterprise analytics and AI needs
- Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management and product‑led operating models
- Outcome‑driven mindset with clear linkage to business value and ROI
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization
- Familiarity with large‑scale, regulated enterprise environments

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$185,000.00 - $300,000.00Benefits
