About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Intelligence Associate for Auto Origination.


In this role, you will:

  • Participate in low complexity initiatives within the Business Intelligence functional area in support of clear and consistent delivery of insights

  • Review basic policies and procedures related to lower risk data translation and visualization techniques that contribute to the creation of diagnostic analytics and dashboards

  • Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment while beginning to develop understanding of the value of prototyping, usability, and the end-user experience to assist with improving the final data visualization product, which includes dashboards, reports, insights, or analyses

  • Provide data to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders to help produce actionable insights and trends

  • Assist with the work and support the adoption of insights and metrics as a resource for the company to enable a data-driven decision-making approach


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of business intelligence and data visualization experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have strong operational and business insights experience preferably in the Financial Services

  • Candidate must have experience in working on operational metrics such as reporting dashboard, capacity planning and forecasting, trends analysis and interpretation

  • Must have strong communication skills and presentation skills


Job Expectations:

  • Must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig and US Shift schedule
