In this role, you will:

  • Own and execute Platform Infrastructure Support operations for AI Code Assistant tools like GitHub Copilot, Devin AI and Cursor IDE - like ensuring stability, availability and performance.
  • Partner with vendor teams (like GitHub, Cursor, Cognition Labs) for raising incident cases, escalations and deep‑dive troubleshooting.
  • Plan and execute Platform tasks of doing BCP exercises for these GenAI tools periodically
  • Review/enhance monitoring, logging, dashboards and health checks for Code assistant tools.
  • As part of larger Enterprise Pipeline(EPL) Platform Services team, support CI/CD Tools Infrastructure as well – like Artifactory, Github SaaS, Github Actions, Harness, etc. – for specific activities like Changes, BCP, Incidents, etc. and for on-call Support.
  • Respond to and resolve Incidents in a timely manner – whether user reported or system alerts – on supported Infrastructure to maintain high level of system availability and stability
  • Maintain SLAs, uptime, incident response, and triage workflows for all Incidents.
  • Create and maintain operational runbooks for standard incident categories and problem management.
  • Work per on-call schedule (morning/evening shifts over weekdays/weekends) and ensure coverage
  • Operate with an SRE and Automation mindset viz.
    • Establish/review metrics to review and manage capacity, performance, error rate, etc. regularly to pro-actively manage scale, performance and stability
    • Determine and detail out potential automations in manual Support activities and to the Automation backlog.
    • Participate in Platform Problem management process to determine root cause and Preventive actions to prevent future incidents and alerts
  • Interact and build a strong relationship with multiple teams like Engineering teams and CIO application teams.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Expertise in Technology Infrastructure operations in the area of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GithubActions, Harness, Artifactory, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure Support for one or more of: GitHub Copilot, Devin AI, Cursor IDE, Claude Code or similar GenAI Coding Assistant
  • Good Understanding of SDLC tooling — CI/CD, GitHub Actions, artifact repositories, enterprise proxies, security controls.
  • Experience with monitoring, operational dashboards, alert configurations, log analysis, Incident Troubleshooting and management
  • Well versed with fundamentals of Large language models, GenAI Coding assistant/agent workflows
  • Experience with supporting SaaS products deployed in a public cloud like AWS/Azure/GCP, etc.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of python and experience of using it to automate Infrastructure operations
  • Experienced in creating alerts, creating dashboards and using Observability and monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ThousandEyes
