About this role:

Our Digital, Data, & Artificial Intelligence organization within Consumer Banking & Lending is seeking a Data Product Management Senior Manager. This role leads a portfolio of enterprise data and digital products that enable analytics and AI at scale. The role sits within Consumer Data Assets and Enablement (CDAE), modernizing consumer data assets, platforms, and analyst‑facing capabilities. This team is highly focused on delivering and curating data/features to the cloud in support of customer and employee facing GenAI and agentic applications. The team also engages with analytics and product teams to develop new AI uses cases to enable teams to work more efficiently. This position combines people leadership and product ownership, with accountability for strategy, execution, and outcomes. The role operates with high autonomy in a complex, regulated, and cross‑functional environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and develop a team of product owners and product analysts (individual contributors), driving execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Own product strategy and delivery across a portfolio of data and digital products.

  • Translate business, analytics, and regulatory needs into clear priorities and roadmaps.

  • Lead the consumer data domain teams in uplifting their data assets to be Agentic-ready with common patterns, best practices, and data management standards.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across technology, analytics, governance, and lines of business.

  • Communicate product direction, progress, and value to executive audiences.

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for data product roadmaps and data enablement solutions that impact multiple data domains and platforms, ensuring compliance with data governance and standards

  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of data product team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables that drive the enablement of data availability for data intelligence, analytics, and reporting; interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of data product responsibility

  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior managers, business, risk partners, and technical professionals within Enterprise Data Management and Technology

  • Provide recommendations on best practices, methods, and tools to support and design innovative data products enabling data availability for data intelligence, analytics, and reporting

  • Act as a catalyst to socialize capabilities, features, use case studies, and other relevant artifacts to advance the value of data enablement and productization across the enterprise

  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business group

  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of data product or data management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience owning and scaling products in complex, cross‑functional environments.

  • Strong knowledge of modern data and analytics platforms.

  • Proven success leading product strategy and delivery in agile environments.

  • Strong communication and prioritization skills, with executive‑level influence.

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery or similar technologies.

  • Experience using GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve productivity or analysis.

  • Practical knowledge of how to prepare data for GenAI and Agentic consumption.

  • Hands‑on experience with data (e.g., SQL, data modeling, analytical tools).

  • Familiarity with analyst‑facing platforms or data enablement ecosystems.

  • Experience working in regulated or risk‑managed environments.

  • Previous data product or data management experience in Financial Services

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$159,000.00 - $279,000.00
