Our Digital Lending Team within Consumer Banking and Lending is seeking a Digital Product Management Director. This team is responsible for building digital strategies, identifying digital solutions, and executing on these solutions for consumer and lending products

In this role, you will:
Lead a team of digital subject matter experts, including product managers, product owners, and delivery leaders, responsible for building end‑to‑end digital experiences for credit card customers and prospects
Oversee a portfolio of ~15 agile scrum teams, ensuring disciplined delivery, transparency, and outcomes
Partners with Cards LOB, Technology, Risk, Fraud, and Operations leaders to deliver compliant, scalable solutions
Drives measurable business results through data‑driven prioritization, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Develops and mentors senior product leaders, building a strong and inclusive product culture
Proactively identifies and manages risks in the space
Displays effective communication and influential skills while interacting with key leaders across digital, card and other stakeholder organizations
Applies AI to increase speed to market and quality of product as well as increases efficiencies within the team management
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of Digital Product Management experience in financial services
Proven experience leading large product organizations and overseeing multiple agile scrum teams at scale
Strong background delivering end‑to‑end digital experiences, ideally for credit card or consumer lending products
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Technology, Risk, Fraud, Operations, and line of business leaders
Track record of driving measurable business outcomes using data, prioritization, testing, and continuous improvement
Experience building, developing, and mentoring senior product talent and inclusive product cultures
Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate delivery, regulatory, and operational risks
Strong executive communication and influence skills across senior stakeholder groups
Practical experience applying AI or advanced automation to accelerate delivery, improve quality, or increase team efficiency
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$185,000.00 - $300,000.00Benefits
