Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to join our Core Banking Product team within Consumer and Business Deposits. This role will play a critical part in the transformation of our account ledger and transaction processing platforms—foundational capabilities that support how customer accounts and transactions are managed across the enterprise.

In this role, you will:
Lead the development and execution of product plans and initiatives supporting modernization of core banking capabilities.
Serve as a key contributor in large‑scale planning and delivery efforts for core banking transformation initiatives
Review and assess digital strategy for account ledger and transaction processing to inform foundational product definitions.
Influence product direction and cross‑functional strategy by evaluating technical, business, and regulatory considerations.
Drive product decisions that balance customer impact, operational efficiency, and policy or compliance requirements.
Partner closely with senior leadership to support roadmap development and execution of modernization priorities.
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and risk/control partners to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and well‑documented.
Engage business stakeholders to define future‑state requirements aligned to enterprise strategy.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to influence across product, technology, and business partners.
Experience delivering complex initiatives within Agile frameworks, including hands‑on use of tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Experience supporting core banking modernization efforts or large‑scale enterprise technology transformations.
Knowledge of account ledger platforms, posting logic, transaction flows, and/or ledger system architecture.
Experience working with real‑time processing systems, microservices architectures, and event‑driven solutions.
Experience working within financial services or other highly regulated environments, with an understanding of risk, control, and compliance considerations.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
