About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to join the Core Banking Platform Product team within Consumer and Business Deposits. In this role, you will support the transformation of our account ledger and transaction processing capabilities, helping to modernize the foundational platforms that power customer account management and transactions across the bank. In this role, you will:

  • Serve as Product Owner for a dedicated scrum team within the core banking modernization program.

  • Translate strategic product objectives into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Manage the product backlog, including prioritization of features and facilitation of backlog refinement sessions.

  • Partner closely with engineering architecture, and QA partners to ensure development aligns with business and technical expectations.

  • Track delivery progress, manage scope, and drive execution against the product roadmap.

  • Contribute to product documentation and promote knowledge sharing across the broader product organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working directly with a scrum team within an Agile delivery model.

  • Familiarity with core banking systems or comparable financial platforms.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across technical and business teams.

  • Proficiency with Agile tools, including JIRA and Confluence.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Experience within financial services or another highly regulated industry.

  • Experience supporting core banking modernization initiatives.

  • Knowledge of account ledgers, posting rules, and end‑to‑end transaction flows.

  • Solid understanding of technical concepts such as system integrations, APIs, data models, and microservices.

    Pay Range

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

    $100,000.00 - $163,000.00
