About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead HR Business Execution Consultant, AI Analytics within HR Transformation & Product to lead AI Analytics across Human Resources. This role owns the AI analytics strategy and drives end-to-end execution across new AI use case development including financial and registry inputs, AI landscape and vendor roadmap intelligence, management of governance processes, reporting/monitoring oversight, and special projects. The role will also craft executive-level presentations and facilitate executive level forums to drive alignment, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Act as a Business Execution advisor to HR leaders to drive performance and initiatives, including developing and delivering executive-ready presentations and information.
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex AI analytics challenges requiring analytical rigor, deep HR business knowledge, and execution across large-scale initiatives.
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership in implementing innovative AI analytics solutions that are enterprise-impacting and cross-organizational.
- Lead governance routines, steering committees, and cross-functional meetings to facilitate decision‑making and support implementation of AI analytics recommendations and plans.
- Engage with all levels of HR professionals and managers across a matrixed organization, serving as an experienced advisor and connector across product, analytics, and governance teams.
- Provide direction to cross-functional contributors by setting priorities, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring high-quality execution aligned to the AI analytics strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience (or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, education).
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of AI analytics or advanced analytics experience (e.g., AI/ML/GenAI analytics use cases, model lifecycle support, analytics monitoring & reporting, governance operations for AI analytics portfolios).
- Demonstrated ability to influence a matrixed organization and communicate complex topics through clear, executive-ready materials.
- Experience operating AI governance workflows including intake or triage, validation, decision logging, and ongoing monitoring.
- Demonstrated experience building portfolio reporting and measurement approaches for complex initiatives.
- Experience evaluating vendor capabilities/roadmaps and translating market intelligence into strategy and action.
- Experience establishing operating models, governance forums, and cross‑functional cadences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level materials.
Job Expectations:
- Hybrid work schedule based on posted location.

- Base Salary Range for Minneapolis: $153,000 - $239,000 USD
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$139,000.00 - $217,000.00Benefits
