About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Owner primarily supporting the integration of generative AI and agentic automation capabilities in the Claims & Recovery Product Team.
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in product management initiatives and deliverables for product lines or services
- Contribute to product analysis across applicable markets, conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis
- Review and analyze marketing programs for new products or enhancements including identification of market segments, product positioning, product bundling, pricing and profitability
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project goals, objectives and deliverables
- Ensure programs adhere to compliance, privacy regulations and policies
- Collaborate and consult with managers, analysts and project teams to ensure that goals are achieved
- Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor
- Perform the Team Product Owner responsibilities as defined in the Wells Fargo Agile Playbook
- Provide guidance to the Delivery Team through all phases of the product management life cycle from ideation to value realization.
- Maintain, prioritize and refine the product backlog
- Closely monitor sprint productivity against capacity and dynamically allocate work during the sprint
- Build and maintain strong business and technology relationships
- Act as a claims subject matter expert
- Act as a Pega subject matter expert
- Collaborate on projects and initiatives to identify impacts, manage and complete project tasks and milestones, providing frequent status updates
- Clearly define and document process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria and other requirements documentation as applicable for complex functionality
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ year of Pega Smart Dispute experience
- 2 years of Credit Card, Online, ATM or ACH claims handling experience
- Facilitation and collaboration skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Experience delivering software products using agile/scrum principles.
- Experience with JIRA
- Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
