  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant records in applicant tracking and recruiting systems in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Early Careers recruiting processes, providing guidance and procedural interpretation to less experienced team members as needed.

  • Support Early Careers recruiting events, campus and program activities, and recruitment marketing efforts through logistical coordination and candidate communications.

  • Assist with early careers sourcing and recruiting strategies by supporting candidate outreach, pipeline development, and engagement activities using tools such as Handshake and CRM platforms.

  • Collaborate effectively within a matrixed environment, partnering with recruiting teams, program partners, and peers across the broader Talent Acquisition organization.

  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience that reflects Wells Fargo’s commitment to early talent development.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of recruiting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
