About this role:
We are seeking a proactive, execution focused Senior Administrative Assistant to partner closely with leaders and team members. In addition to administrative support, this role provides meaningful lift through project execution, reporting, events and marketing coordination, and business operations that enhance banker efficiency and client impact.
In this role you will:
- Serve as the operational point person for a team, ensuring seamless coordination across offices and partners.
- Identify opportunities to reduce administrative tasks Leaders and Relationship Managers and improve workflow efficiency, including support with scorecard management, business reviews, and pipeline materials.
- Execute special projects and business initiatives on behalf of leadership, delivering clear, actionable reporting and insights.
- Prepare reporting and dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Copilot; source and pull data from ProfitView and other internal systems.
- Maintain and update operational scorecards, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear visibility for leadership.
- Partner with CSMs and RAs to ensure data integrity and ask them to submit corrections where needed.
- Conduct light research and analysis to support market strategy and client engagement efforts.
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics for key leaders as needed.
- Partner closely with other Executive Specialists and Administrative Assistants to ensure smooth and consistent operational alignment across the line of business.
- Coordinate events and internal/external marketing tasks, materials, and communications in collaboration with the broader Commercial Banking team.
- Assist with client facing and internal communications, ensuring brand and messaging consistency.
- Support event planning coordination, executive briefings, and follow up materials.
- Submit expense reports for director-level employees and above.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in banking, financial services, or a business operations/support role preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional organization and accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365; Copilot experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate needs, connect information, and propose practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills; comfortable partnering across teams and levels.
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
