About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Content Design Associate supporting Forms Management functions within Consumer Banking and Lending Operations (CBLO). For additional information on lines of business, refer to the external careers site at www.wellsfargojobs.com.
The Content Design Associate partners with internal stakeholders to support enterprise initiatives by translating client provided content into standards compliant electronic form designs. This role applies established design standards, brand guidelines, and ADA accessibility requirements to deliver forms that are clear, functional, and aligned with both business and user needs while managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with peers, direct managers, and other departments, regarding content requirements including new and existing design or accessibility standards and technology
- Collaborate with peers, direct managers, and other departments to develop forms and documents compliant with company brand, quality, and ADA accessibility standards to support business groups throughout Wells Fargo
- Ensure consistency throughout work efforts by utilizing company brand and quality standards
- Work with internal partners to understand brand/design standards
Available Location: 12301 Vance Davis Drive, Charlotte, NC

Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Graphic or Website Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound independent judgment to identify, analyze, and resolve problems efficiently in a fast paced, results driven environment
- Demonstrated experience applying strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, including using data and metrics to inform decisions and applying creativity, innovation, and proactive thinking to meet evolving enterprise needs
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights including design, documentation, and proofreading for audiences at all organizational levels, including senior leadership
- Demonstrated experience with ADA accessibility guidelines
- Demonstrated forms design experience including the understanding of readability and usability standards in relation to forms design
- Intermediate Adobe Acrobat including tagging PDFs
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams) skills
- Experience with Wells Fargo programs, systems, and tools such as: Adobe Experience Management (AEM), CommonLook, Crawford Tech, CSS, HTML, Java Script, JAWS, jQuery, LiveCycle Designer, OpenAccess, and NonVisual Desktop Access (NVDA)
Job Expectations:
- Ability to work additional hours, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
- Adhere to standards outlined with written policy as well as applicable State and Federal regulations
