About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking Lead Real Estate Relationship Manager in Corporate Properties to support the Chief Operating Office’s lines of business, to become a trusted advisor and develop effective relationships with key partners, to identify and prioritize business and enterprise requirements in support of overall business strategy.
This role will provide strategic, forward‑thinking leadership by identifying opportunities to add value through real estate solutions where appropriate; coordinating with key stakeholders across the Corporate Properties Group including Strategy, Finance, Transaction Management, Property Management, and Project Management to ensure a seamless transition to implementation; and leveraging data to deliver insights, promote engagement, and drive action.
In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives partnering with corporate business groups and leaders to define real estate needs, maximize utilization of existing properties and construction of new sites with broad impact and act as key participant in large-scale planning for Real Estate Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with assigned with their leaders and business decision makers
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Develop and maintain understanding of changes within the business unit operating environment, plans, goals, and needs
- Forecast future needs and changes
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring strong understanding of the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements that influence and lead Real Estate Relationship Management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Develop, communicate and monitor capital real estate budget for the assigned business units
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve deliverables
- Lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Real Estate Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate strategy, occupancy planning, and relationship management for a large organization with a major office portfolio.
- Self-starter, with a proven ability to think both strategically and tactically, identify opportunities and implement operationally.
- Excellent and proactive consulting, collaborative, influencing and partnering abilities with business executives/leaders and partners while exhibiting strong diplomacy skills.
- A BS/BA degree or higher
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills include Copilot
- Strong negotiation and creative thinking skills.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen, including how to review, analyze, manipulate and interpret financial analyses.
- Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment.
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
Job Expectations:
- Must be available to work a hybrid schedule; work on-site a minimum of 3 days a week
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00Benefits
