About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant
In this role, you will:
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Required to have 4+ years’ experience in strategy, planning or business operations, typically from consulting, Department Operations Officer (DOO), and Business Execution Office
Experience with in-house centers would be an advantage, especially in the Banking/ Financial Services domain
Must demonstrate drive for results in impacting business outcomes
Demonstrates a high degree of reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness in all areas
Takes ownership for responsibilities and for management of risk exposure
Must demonstrate keen eye for detail, ability to analyze and interpret data
Influencing skills and working effectively in a matrix
Prioritization and time management
High degree of comfort with Data, Reporting, Analytics
Has had exposure to in process improvement and quality frameworks.
Strong MS Office skills. Should be proficient in working on MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, etc.
Job Expectations:

Support the COO Business Office Manager as a central coordination point for all Corp Services teams and support Corp Services leader in
Support in leadership planning sessions to review the progress of strategic initiatives / programs
Track and report on all key program metrics (Global delivery, people, financial, performance)
Monitor and track Business Unit Review (BUR) cadence for Corp Services leader with US Functional heads
Monitor and track action items to closure derived from I&P CAO Leadership meetings
Manage ad-hoc projects and requests for data
Participate in the I&P COO Business Forum and represent the COO functions
Act as a central coordination for other support groups to interface across Corp Services
Ensure timely closure of various recurring activities for COO Business Office with minimal oversight
Support Business Management Office in executing the group’s strategy based on direction from the Corporate Services Delivery Executive
Co-ordinate global delivery planning for COO functions
Facilitate the progression of ideas to business cases and projects in accordance with agreed priorities
Support Business Management Office in working with Finance to monitor and report on key metrics for the group
Initiating, developing, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across Wells Fargo
Build strong relationship with all leaders of the COO Functions Delivery organization and their management teams
Establish effective communication with partners
Maintain reports and processes to monitor operational performance of the group
Build up and maintain a sound knowledge of industry practices and procedures and examine value to the current internal environment
Ensure no surprises, and active risk management.
Create visibility of operations through reporting / metrics for the group’s management
Continuously strive towards effectiveness, efficiency and experience.
