In this role, you will:
Serve as the customer service contact for portfolio of wholesale loan customers
Develop and maintain a professional relationship with assigned accounts
Ensures timely and accurate resolution of account issues such as: billing inquiries, credit line maintenance, order approvals, dealer inventory and payment website questions and field audit results.
Listen, gather and analyze dealer feedback to drive customer service improvements
Proactively manage accounts by ensuring each customer is in full compliance with their approved program via collection of amounts due and required credit file documentation.
Monitor accounts through the use of portfolio control sub system; review various reports to identify potential problem loans and initiate proactive resolution with Team Lead & Operations Manager.
Build a relationship with the customer as measured through Customer Surveys.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Credit Portfolio Consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience
Collections' experience
Ability to be an integral part of a strong team
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics or related field
Strong problem solving and attention to details
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas.
Ability to make decisions under pressure
Proficient PC skills – Microsoft Word and Excel.

Salary ranges for Medina, MN-$85,000.00 - $133,000.00 USD Annual
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
