About this role:

The Senior Lead Business Growth Strategy Consultant is responsible for establishing and delivering the Business Banking branch activation strategy to improve business banking performance across the National Branch Network (NBN). Positioned within the Branch Growth & Productivity team, this role serves as the dedicated strategy owner for branch‑based business banking growth, partnering closely with Business Banking and cross‑functional teams to identify barriers, unlock opportunities, and drive a coordinated, actionable growth plan.

This role provides clear end‑to‑end ownership for business banking growth through the branch channel, spanning strategy development, execution alignment, governance, and performance measurement to deliver sustained, measurable impact.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the end‑to‑end Business Banking branch activation strategy, driving sustained improvement in branch‑based business banking performance.

  • Partner closely with Business Banking leadership to define growth priorities, success measures, and execution approaches.

  • Diagnose barriers to business banking growth across the branch network.

  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities to expand reach, effectiveness, and frontline enablement.

  • Translate insights into a clear, sequenced growth plan with defined initiatives, owners, milestones, and success metrics.

  • Lead cross‑functional alignment across Business Banking, Product, Marketing, NBG&E, Analytics, Technology, HR, and Controls.

  • Drive delivery of agreed initiatives, ensuring strong alignment between strategy and execution teams.

  • Prepare executive‑level materials for leadership reviews and governance forums, clearly articulating risks, tradeoffs, dependencies, and decision points.

  • Define, track, and monitor success metrics, using performance data and field feedback to continuously refine and improve the growth strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 5+ years experience with Business Banking, small business, or commercial customer segments.

  • 5+ years of experience developing and leading growth or business strategies within a financial institution or highly regulated, matrixed environment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of branch banking operating models, behaviors, and levers that influence branch‑based business performance.

  • Experience in strategy, consulting, business transformation, or enterprise growth roles, with demonstrated ability to move from strategy development through execution and adoption.

  • Experience leading or influencing complex, cross‑functional initiatives with key stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to utilize data and analytics to inform business strategy, insights, and outcomes.

  • Knowledge and understanding of banking industry laws and regulations, including compliance, controls, risk management, and loss prevention.

  • Experience with program or project management and/or enterprise transformation initiatives.

  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar frameworks.

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging effectively for diverse audiences at all organizational levels.

  • Advanced Microsoft 365 experience, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Copilot.

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$159,000.00 - $279,000.00
