The Chief Operating Office (COO) supports the business by delivering platforms, processes and systems across a wide range of disciplines. This includes LOB business management, business solutions & enablement, client lifecycle management, data management, strategy & transformation, and innovation.
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to provide execution leadership across the Wholesale Onboarding, Servicing, and Document Management platforms as part of the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Program within the Commercial Banking (CB) and Corporate Investment Bank (CIB). Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end product management execution across Wholesale Onboarding, Servicing, and Document Management platforms, aligned to business priorities, regulatory expectations, and enterprise standards in partnership with Digital Product Management
- Lead product management execution of Wholesale Servicing AI‑enabled platform, including AI‑driven intake, routing, orchestration, and automation
- Lead delivery of complex, workflow‑driven initiatives across sales and servicing spanning multiple Lines of Business
- Engage in cross‑LOB prioritization, dependency management, and sequencing across concurrent initiatives
- Enforce platform standards, patterns, and guardrails to ensure scalability, consistency, and control
- Ensure enterprise‑grade controls, transparency, and traceability across end‑to‑end customer journeys
- Identify and resolve execution risks and delivery bottlenecks; act as the senior escalation point for platform execution issues
- Apply Agile and enterprise delivery practices to drive execution discipline and transparency
- Lead and mentor Lead and Feature Product Owners across platforms and Lines of Business
- Develop executive‑ready materials, status reporting, and decision support for senior leadership forums
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with client Onboarding, Sales & Servicing, Document Management, and Business Process Orchestration platforms
- Proven delivery of complex, multi‑product onboarding and servicing journeys in highly regulated environments
- Strong understanding of KYC, regulatory controls, and GPL/Markets/Lending product journeys
- Demonstrated ability to lead execution across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
- Advanced risk, dependency, and escalation management skills
- Strong communication and influence skills with senior business and technology leaders
- Ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, highly regulated environments
- Experience incorporating AI capabilities as part of product solutions
Role Accountability
- Accountable for platform‑level execution, maturity, and outcomes across Onboarding, Servicing, and Document Management
- Makes portfolio‑level trade‑offs across customer experience, AI enablement, scalability, and controls
- Leads multiple Product Owners and drives consistent delivery discipline across initiatives
Job Expectations:

Salary range:
$185,000-$300,000 (all posted locations)

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
