About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to be part of the Global Privacy Office front-line risk program team. The Global Privacy Office team is part of Enterprise Risk Program Office.

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for strategic planning and execution of operational processes to meet regulatory requirements for the team

  • Lead pockets of work in support of tooling strategy to reimagine privacy program execution within the organization.

  • Be a product owner and an application business owner for one or more products within the enterprise risk programs office

  • Ability to utilize AI products and conceptualize AI solutions for various risk programs in a consistent manner for the enterprise.

  • Develop roadmaps for privacy program execution for the enterprise

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives

  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance

  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations

  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans

  • Collaborate and consult with members of the front-line risk program team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives

  • Influence, guide, and lead less experienced privacy assessment staff within the group

  • Maintains quarterly artifacts for the team’s playbook, processes, and procedures. Ensures controls and control procedures are in place to support annual control testing efforts

  • Execute on processes/procedures for critical applications which require facilitation and brokering agreements for privacy risk remediation for 10-20 stakeholders

  • Act as primary interface with a line of business for assessment requirement for automation enhancements

  • Subject Matter Expert for privacy products and the assessment process.

  • Execution of assessments and being the face of the assessment function with the global privacy office for relevant stakeholders

  • Oversee analysis and reporting in support of regulatory requirements. Identify and recommend analysis of data quality or integrity issues. Operate within the parameters defined by the Global Privacy Office team and be an advocate for the evolving processes/procedures within the team.

  • Serve as relationship manager for one or more lines of business

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing privacy products (like One Trust, Securiti.AI, other home-grown solution in large organizations)

  • Experienced product owner/product manager of one or more privacy products or similar products

  • Experience in Privacy, Risk, and/or Compliance with understanding of domestic and international regulations

  • Knowledgeable in existing Domestic and International Privacy Laws

  • Expert analytical skills using tools like Excel, Tableau, Jira

  • Expert in MS Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel

  • Experience analyzing new regulations for operational impact

  • Leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring

  • Strong relationship development and management skills

  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills

  • Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders

  • Experience presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization including senior leadership and executive levels

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication

  • Advanced user experience with workflow-based tools/technologies such as ServiceNow/Pega or similar applications

  • Ability to travel 5% of the time

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

  • Adherence to in-office attendance expectations
