About this role:
Wells Fargo’s Credit Card Loyalty & Rewards team is modernizing our end‑to‑end rewards experience. We’re seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of redemption experiences—from points‑for‑merchandise and cash‑back to travel and merchant partner redemptions. You’ll own a critical slice of the loyalty stack, partnering across Product, Technology, Risk, Marketing, and Operations to launch customer‑loved features with measurable business outcomes.
In this role, you will:
Deliver features end‑to‑end: Drive discovery, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release planning; steward initiatives from ideation through production with strong change management.
Elevate the customer experience: Improve findability, transparency (values, fees, restrictions), and conversion across redemption flows; champion accessibility and inclusive design.
Integrate partners and platforms: Coordinate with internal platforms and external vendors to enable new redemption types and catalogs; ensure reliability, performance, and scale.
Measure what matters: Establish dashboards for funnel conversion, NPS/CSAT, breakage, liability, and unit economics; run A/B tests and experiments to optimize outcomes.
Manage risk & compliance: Embed risk, controls, and policy requirements into product design and delivery; ensure audit readiness and operational excellence.
Lead change at scale: Align cross‑functional stakeholders, communicate decisions crisply, and drive adoption with training, communications, and readiness plans for impacted teams.
Influence at the senior level: Provide clear business cases, trade‑off analyses, and status updates for executive stakeholders
Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Loyalty, rewards, credit card or payments ecosystem experience—especially in redemption (e.g., cash‑back, gift cards, travel, merchandise, statement credit).
Experience with partner/merchant integrations and third‑party vendor management (contracts, SLAs, operational playbooks).
Working knowledge of risk and control frameworks in financial services (model/ops risk, privacy, data governance, change management).
Familiarity with experimentation (A/B testing), product analytics, and funnel optimization.
Comfort with APIs, platform capabilities, and technical trade‑offs to guide solutioning with engineering.
Demonstrated experience shipping customer‑facing digital products end‑to‑end with measurable impact.
Strong skills in requirements/story writing, backlog management, and prioritization using data and risk considerations.
Proven ability to influence without authority across Technology, Design, Risk, Operations, and external partners.
Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
Candidate will be required to work onsite from one of the stated locations listed in the job posting on a hybrid schedule.
