In this role, you will:
Monitor accounts daily for Regulatory and House margin compliance
Perform daily margin processing functions including funds disbursement review and approvals, journal entries, asset transfer review and approvals, and exception report review
Work closely with IT and Program Management in implementing margin system enhancements and document the process, policies and procedures
Provide support and guidance to PB team members to ensure timely resolution of internal and external queries
Document and participate in the specification for all margin system enhancements and process reviews and changes
Actively participate in UAT planning and testing for margin system releases and enhancements
Support an ongoing, robust control environment
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Capital Markets industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Margin experience with a focus on servicing the Prime Brokerage business
Reg-T, Reg-U, Portfolio Margin and Arranging margin financing experience
Knowledge of Prime Brokerage, Funding, Rehypothecation and Securities Lending
Working knowledge of Broadridge
Comprehensive financial products knowledge, including cross-margining, Swaps, Options
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with an attention to detail and while complying with all firm and regulatory requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
MIS presentation and report writing experience
Understanding of Financial Reporting impact as it pertains to margin rules and balances a plus
Experience working with both external and internal clients
Job Expectations:
Ability to work a hybrid schedule
Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
Ability to work additional hours as needed

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
