About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Support Analyst to support Global Payments & Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions.
In this role, you will:
- Lead customer calls and clients through highly complex transactions as well as large and complex implementation meetings while directing internal resources and activities
- Review and analyze moderately complex business challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
- Prepare complex customized sales proposals, cost benefit analysis, and pricing scenarios
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Lead projects and teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Demonstrated knowledge of Treasury Management, general banking products, and client sales or client support environments
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast‑paced, complex environment
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders
Strong presentation and consultative communication skills, including the ability to articulate value propositions to diverse audiences
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data, track performance, and support reporting needs
High sense of urgency, strong personal accountability, passion for results, and unwavering commitment to ethical standards
Job Expectations:
This position will require up to 10% of travel
This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
