About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant within Consumer Business Lending (CBL), Business Banking. This individual will be responsible for strengthening the discipline, governance, and effectiveness of sales planning and execution across Business Banking and connected lines of business. The role ensures strategic priorities are translated into actionable sales plans, performance insights, and consistent execution while balancing growth, productivity, and risk expectations.
In this role, you will:
- Lead business‑level sales planning and execution, including productivity metrics, scorecards, and performance insights across Business Banking and partner organizations.
- Translate enterprise and line business strategy into actionable sales plans, performance routines, and execution priorities.
- Drive adoption of core sales behaviors, pipeline discipline, and performance management routines that support sustainable growth outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing data‑driven insights, executive‑ready materials, and clear recommendations to inform decisions.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Risk, Controls, Finance, HR, and Incentive Compensation to ensure appropriate governance, alignment, and oversight frameworks are embedded in sales execution.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts, identifying execution gaps and partnering with leaders to implement corrective actions and scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales planning, business execution, strategy, or performance management within financial services, business banking, or a highly regulated environment.
- Proven expertise in translating strategy into execution, including building sales plans, productivity metrics, scorecards, and performance routines that drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical and data storytelling skills, with experience delivering executive-ready insights, recommendations, and materials to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner cross‑functionally with Risk, Controls, Finance, HR, and Incentive Compensation to ensure governance, alignment, and disciplined execution.
- Experience driving sales discipline and performance management, including pipeline management, core sales behaviors, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advanced communication and leadership skills, with a track record of serving as a trusted advisor and leading complex initiatives in a matrixed organization.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00Benefits
