In this role, you will:

  • Support the building and maintaining of effective relationships with existing clients through support of their functional area
  • Assist in setting performance standards to enhance client satisfaction
  • Evaluate profitability of relationships and make recommendations to management about account dispositions
  • Articulate differences and similarities among unique industries, programs, and market segments
  • Perform complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks within the functional area
  • Interact with senior peers and functional partners on a wide range of requests, including directly interacting with external clients and serving as a liaison between various functional areas and the client
  • Participate in client-related or ad-hoc projects and teams
  • Partner with product management functional partners to provide feedback on evolving market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectively
  • Support performance of less experienced staff, including providing subject matter expertise
  • Interact with immediate team, functional area, and internal peers outside work group on a wide range of information

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior sales or customer service experience

  • Knowledge of pricing lease and loan transactions (Supertrump)

  • Experience managing complaints and objections effectively and professionally

  • Advanced problem-solving techniques

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment

  • Responsible, reliable, dedicated and committed to fulfilling obligations and being a team player

  • Ability to remain calm and thoughtful in challenging or frustrating circumstances, and having the ability to recognize intense situations when deals should be escalated to management

  • High degree of organization with ability to grasp strategic as well as tactical issues involved with client relationships

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and able to establish relevant priorities with respect to administrative work associated with departmental activities

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills


Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Current requirements are 4 days in-office, 8 hours a day.

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

  • This position does not support Visa Sponsorship
