Wells Fargo’s Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) team is an integrated, forward-looking product organization with end-to-end payments, data, liquidity and associated lending solutions that enable our clients to achieve their business objectives in an evolving digital work.

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to support the Global Payments and Liquidity Sales Support and Implementation teams. This role sits within a highly visible organization responsible for supporting Corporate Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Banking, Small Business, and Wealth teams.


In this role, you will:

  • Partner with senior and cross-functional leaders across Global Payments and Liquidity and multiple lines of businesses to drive delivery discipline across workstreams, improving cycle times and outcomes

  • Lead and support initiative execution, including coordination across teams, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment to strategic objectives

  • Develop and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations, translating complex data into actionable insights and clear summaries

  • Aggregate, analyze, and communicate performance metrics and operating model impacts, including time savings and efficiency gains

  • Establish and enhance governance routines, stakeholder alignment, and operating rhythms

  • Support change management efforts, ensuring materials and processes are clear, organized, and actionable

  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and client experience

  • Navigate a highly complex environment with multiple stakeholders and interdependent processes


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to analyze, aggregate, and translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership

  • Experience driving operating model execution and performance reporting

  • Demonstrated ability to partner across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, including managing multiple workstreams

  • Experience supporting and driving change management initiatives

  • Knowledge of governance routines, adoption tracking, and execution frameworks

  • Experience with process improvement and project management methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma)

  • Ability and eagerness to quickly learn complex business processes

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and organizational awareness

  • Proven ability to deliver results through influence without direct authority


Job Expectations:

  • This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of the Charlotte, NC, Chandler, AZ, Salt Lake City, UT, New York, NY, or Minneapolis, MN office approximately 3 days a week

Pay Range:

  • Charlotte, NC: $139,000 - $217,000

  • Chandler, AZ: $139,000 - $217,000

  • Salt Lake City, UT: $139,000 - $217,000

  • Minneapolis, MN: $153,000 - $239,000

  • New York, NY: $167,000 - $260,000

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
