About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Print Technician responsible for producing printed products by performing pre-press tasks, configuring digital files, and manually or mechanically binding finished products.


In this role, you will:

  • Support pre press tasks including paper retrieval, paper cutting, mixing inks, making plates and quality control checks
  • Maintain related equipment in operating condition
  • Input time and material into expense management system
  • Operate industry specific, complex printing equipment to produce a variety of printed products such as brochures, stationery, forms, invitations, publications, newsletters, and correspondent pieces
  • Perform offset printing operations to produce multicolor printed products
  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
  • Assist in training new staff
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Print Technician support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficient with Adobe Pro
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-orientated and results driven environment.
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Expert attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills.
  • Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to customers.
  • Responds to requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to confidentiality practices.
  • Works well in a team environment; demonstrates collaboration and partnership.

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work Monday- Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM at the posted location 12301 Vance Davis Dr
    CHARLOTTE, NC 28269 (onsite).
  • Willingness to come in early and/or stay late as needed.
  • Self-starter, independent worker.
