Wells Fargo Securities, LLC seeks a Securities Sales Associate in New York, NY.
Job Role and Responsibility:
Responsible for creating sales opportunities with Japanese institutional securities clients and prospects. Identify, acquire, and grow new relationships within target market. Analyze market movements and present market views to the clients. Prepare required documents for new client onboarding and existing client's periodic process to meet internal requirements. Identify trading opportunities and execute transactions for U.S. fixed income products including U.S. Treasuries, U.S. corporate and municipal bonds, and U.S. mortgage-backed securities. Understand client objectives and provide tailored solutions, applying product knowledge, technical analysis, and regulatory compliance in all client interactions. Execute trades with clients utilizing Wells Fargo's proprietary booking and risk management systems and pricing tools. Maintain accurate and updated Know Your Customer (KYC) information in internal systems.

Required Qualifications:
Degree required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Applied Math, Engineering, Physics, Science, or a related field.
Amount and type of experience required: 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related role in the financial services industry.
Specific skills required:
· Expertise in fixed income products and derivatives; · Technical analysis and regulatory knowledge; · Strong understanding of U.S. and Japanese financial markets; · Experience identifying, acquiring, and growing new relationships within target market.
Salary: $143,000 - $224,000
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
